The city of Badr is undergoing significant development, with Saqr General Contracting playing a key role in contributing to the city's growth. As part of the "Sakan Misr" project, over 1,000 residential units are nearing completion, alongside thousands of other units currently under construction at various stages. Additionally, 8,424 social housing units are under construction, with contracts signed for an impressive 32,424 additional units.

 

Scope of Work

Structural Foundations and Construction:

• Construction of 4 buildings with a total of 96 residential units.
• Full execution of excavation, concrete works (normal and reinforced), and comprehensive insulation.
• Completion of interior and exterior finishes, including plastering, painting, and aluminum works.

Electrical and Plumbing Systems:

• Installation of electrical systems, including distribution panels and automatic circuit breakers.
• Plumbing works, such as UPVC installations, polypropylene piping, and inspection chambers.

Interior and Exterior Finishes:

• Complete interior and exterior design and construction to ensure functionality and aesthetic appeal.
