Construction of Two Residential Buildings

Scope:

Saqr Company successfully constructed a total of 48 residential units to accommodate officers' families within the military complex area.

Scope of Work Executed by Saqr Company:

• Structural Construction:
• Saqr executed all foundation work, columns, beams, and concrete tasks (ordinary and reinforced), in addition to insulation, excavation, and backfilling.
• Infrastructure and Utilities:
• Comprehensive installation of electrical and plumbing systems, ensuring efficiency and durability.
• Interior and Exterior Finishing:
• High-precision execution of plastering, painting, and finishing works for both interiors and exteriors.
• Sanitary Works:
• Installation of high-end bathroom and kitchen fixtures, including sinks, toilets, faucets, and basins.
• Flooring Works:
• Provision of premium flooring solutions, including porcelain, ceramic, and luxury finishing tiles.
