Saqr General Contracting proudly completed the construction of three Egyptian-Japanese Schools—one in Ismailia, one in October City and another one in Aswan—showcasing our dedication to excellence in construction and project delivery. These projects involved every phase of development, from foundational construction to intricate landscaping and playground design, creating secure, functional, and aesthetically pleasing educational environments.

Our comprehensive approach extended to the construction of fences and gates, enhancing both campuses' security and visual appeal. Completed within an impressive 7-month timeframe, these projects highlight our ability to deliver exceptional results under tight deadlines while adhering to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Scope of Work

  • Structural Foundations and Construction:
  • Implementation of footings, columns, tie beams, concrete works, waterproofing, excavation, and backfilling.
  • Electrical and Plumbing Systems:
  • Full design and installation of utility systems to ensure functionality and compliance.
  • Interior and Exterior Finishes:
  • Comprehensive plastering, painting, and finishing work for all areas.
  • Sanitary Installations:
  • Installation of bathroom and buffet fixtures, including sinks, toilets, faucets, and basins.
  • Flooring:
  • Installation of high-quality flooring materials, including porcelain, ceramic, tiles, and epoxy.
  • Classroom and Laboratory Development:
  • Designed and constructed in full compliance with the Egyptian building code.
  • Landscaping:
    • Softscape: Creation of lush green spaces, planting of trees, shrubs, grass, flowers, and other vegetation.
    • Hardscape: Installation of interlocking tiles, curbstones, pergolas, walkways, and integrated lighting systems.
  • Fire Protection Systems:
  • Deployment of advanced fire safety systems, including alarms and extinguishers.
