Rehabilitation of Mugra el-Ayoun Wall area

Project Summary

Project Summary

Saqr General Contracting played a pivotal role in transforming and developing the surroundings of the historic Aqueduct Wall ( Magra Al-Ayoun) in Cairo. Over decades, the area had become heavily polluted with massive accumulations of waste and demolition debris. Saqr General Contracting undertook the monumental task of removing over 700,000 cubic meters of accumulated debris and garbage.

Leveraging state-of-the-art technology and employing a fleet of modern machinery—including loaders, dump trucks, excavators, and bulldozers—the company executed the project with precision and efficiency. To ensure the area was restored to its optimal condition, Saqr General Contracting also applied a layer of high-quality sand around the wall, effectively eliminating traces of waste and reinforcing the area's structural integrity and cleanliness.
