It was established in 2013 as a joint-stock company under the name (Egypt Security Company) specifically to provide integrated security solutions to its clients. Then, the legal form and name of the company were changed in 2019 to create an integrated security entity for its clients that combines Egypt Security Company and Professional Security and Guarding Company. It became an Egyptian joint-stock company that has obtained all security licenses and commercial documents, and it is Cell Security Service Company for Security and Guarding.
